When will the boxes arrive? 📮
As part of the club there are 4 boxes spread out throughout the year. March, June, September, December
When will the payments been taken from my bank? 💸
The initial payment is taken at checkout when joining the club. From then on payments will be taking the 1st of the month each month. If you are a late sign up, we will pop you a message for any catch up payments. If you are an early sign up will we pause your subscription for a month and restart ready for payments to resume on the 1st.
What happens next? 👉🏽
Within days of signing up, you will receive a quick form to fill in via email. This will help us find out your child’s clothing size, gender preferences, any allergies etc, and help us tailor the box to make it perfect for your little one.
Cancellation Information ❌
It’s important for us that you guys have full control over your payments. We want this to be a service that adds service not become a pest! And we know there is nothing worse than being tied into something, therefore we have made sure you have full control over payments. Customers can log in and cancel at anytime or via email. Please note; that in order to receive a box, we must receive the £15.00 payment to cover the payment. If you cancel before the third payment is taken, the next box will be cancelled and the payment(s) already made towards that box will be refunded.
