COVID 19 FAQ
We are working so so hard to get your orders out to you ASAP and keeping to our top standards. With government guidelines of social distancing, we are working solo or two maximum at a time rather than six, to ensure the safety of our staff.
We thought we would add some FAQ below to help you in case you need them.
- When is my order leaving you?
We are currently working to a 14 working day turnaround; please remember this excludes weekends and bank holidays, once your order has left us you’ll receive an email to let you know its on the way.
- How long does delivery take?
Due to the current situation with Covid-19, there are Royal Mail delays across the country. It is very hard to say how long for sure. Some items are arriving with 3 days however we have had a handful of items that have taken 7-8 working days to arrive. Royal Mail have advised us to wait 15 working days before panicking so please get in touch if your order has not arrived with 15 working days of receiving your dispatched email and we can sort this for you.
- I would like to return/exchange an item.
No worries at all, all details can be found at the bottom of our website here. Remember to keep hold of the receipt until you’ve received your refund or exchange note. Once we have received your item, please allow 3 days for this to be processed.
